Thank you for your time and interest in my educational experiences. This site is a summary of my tenure and an introduction to the mentor, man, leader, and educator that I have become. This E-portfolio is a comprehensive guide to my educational experience. There is also a section of personal reflections regarding the progress that I've made as an educator and what teaching means to me.

I am honored and humbled to have been recognized as a top educator in Baltimore, Maryland. The fact that my peers have acknowledged my hard work and dedication to educating our youth is a true honor. To be included among such a distinguished and accomplished group of award-winning educators is truly humbling.

I am deeply grateful for this recognition, as it has not only boosted my self-belief, but also increased my motivation to continue developing my skills as a mentor, nurturer, educator, and leader. I am a dedicated and passionate educator who prioritizes the education and well-being of children and young people. I am committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for students, parents, and colleagues alike, and I strive to promote independence and self-esteem in my students. I am constantly seeking to improve my knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and am eager to take on a challenging teaching role that aligns with my ambition.

I envision classrooms where curiosity is nurtured, belonging is fostered, and a love for learning is sparked. I strive to create a collaborative, hands-on learning environment that promotes critical thinking and engagement. I prioritize building positive relationships with students, families and colleagues to support their growth and development. By fostering a sense of community and belonging, I believe we can create schools where all children succeed and thrive.

MY MISSION
As educators, we have a unique mission. No other profession is charged with passing on the things held most dear, the current mores, beliefs, and ideas of the current generation, to future generations. To be successful in this task of imparting our collective wisdom to our children so that they may do the same for their children, we must have stronger child development. We must have rigorous requirements if we are to continue to grow.
Schools cannot do this alone. Schools must partner with parents, the community, and local businesses in order to succeed. Working together, we must constantly seek improvement, progress, and better student outcomes.
When parents, families, and members of the community are involved with schools, all children benefit. Research has consistently shown that parental and community involvement adds to the quality of the schools and makes a difference in children's academic achievement.
